SugarCRM is clearly the most popular open source CRM product in the market place (for reference, there are about 16 open source CRM products that we are aware of).
Things we like about SugarCRM:
- Not another anti-Microsoft open source software publisher; Sugar recently ported their software to Microsoft's operating system and SQL Server relational database.
- Good open source community following.
Things we don't like about SugarCRM:
- The product's basic functionality leaves it limited to small business organizations.
